Choate Construction Announces New Interior Construction Division in Raleigh

Choate Construction Company announces the addition of Choate Interior Construction in Raleigh, NC, led by veteran James (“Jim”) E. Baker. The division is the natural outgrowth of the Raleigh office’s already impressive interior resume, having completed dozens of successful interior construction projects throughout the Triangle area including projects for Network Appliance, Qlik Technologies, Duke Medicine, UNC Hospitals, as well as numerous renovations within the historic Carolina Inn.

Jim Baker is a North Carolina native and 26-year construction veteran with extensive experience in the local interiors industry spanning his entire career. With Undergraduate and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from North Carolina State University as well as a Master of Building Construction from the University of Florida, Jim’s diverse background and widespread industry knowledge allows him to tackle the most challenging interior construction projects and serve as an expert resource in a variety of market sectors.
