Choate Announces New Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Appointments

Choate Construction is pleased to announce three new leadership appointments: Rob Glazier as Chief Financial Officer, Elizabeth Judd as Vice President of Human Resources, and Emily Bridges as Vice President of Marketing.

Rob Glazier, Chief Financial Officer

Formerly the corporate Director of Finance, Rob brings his robust financial background and vast array of skills, experiences, and relationships into this new role. Since his tenure began, Rob has brought invaluable insight to the leadership team and continues to complement Choate’s service-focused culture.

During his time with Choate, Rob has been absorbing the firm’s financial processes and procedures, immersing himself in our culture. He previously served as Vice President of Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis at Iron Mountain, where he led all aspects of budgeting, multi-year planning, forecasting, and performance management. His background in coordinating investor relations and guiding the Enterprise finance team has well equipped him to step into his new role as CFO.

Elizabeth Judd, Vice President of Human Resources

Elizabeth Judd has been the bedrock of Choate’s HR department for many years. In her role as Human Resources Director, she has been dedicated to finding and recruiting top talent to join Choate’s team of incredible employee-owners, in addition to managing and overseeing all policies, programs, benefits, personnel records, employee relations, and payroll responsibilities.

Elizabeth has been with Choate for nearly 15 years and has become an integral part to the company’s continued success. In her new role as VP of Human Resources, she will continue to lead the HR department and utilize her 22+ years of experience in employee relations to propel Choate into an even brighter future.

Emily Bridges, Vice President of Marketing

Emily Bridges has served as the cornerstone of Choate’s Marketing department for more than 14 years. Spearheading several significant initiatives to bolster Choate’s brand awareness and reputation through marketing strategy and campaigns, fundraising and community efforts, and client relationships, Emily leads the marketing team by inspiring growth through creativity and enthusiasm.

In her new role as VP of Marketing, Emily will continue to lead the marketing department across Choate’s six offices; coordinate efforts with the business development, project management, and executive leadership teams; and maintain brand strategy in alignment with Choate’s goals and target markets. Her expertise will continue to lead the Choate brand to exponential heights.
