It all started with a note… A fourth grader from Mrs. LaPietra’s class at Mountain Park Elementary in Roswell, GA, reached out to Choate’s COO Mike Hampton for assistance with their class’s auction.  The items Choate donated included various items from comfy blankets to a hybrid bicycle, playing a major part in the children’s lesson in finance and budgeting.

“It’s wonderful that our educators are focusing children at younger ages to basic life skills like money management and finance that will help them in later years.  The Choate family is full of math majors and engineers and we look forward to some of our future staff coming from Mountain Park Elementary!” says Mike.

Mike and everyone here at Choate hope the bike got put to good use this summer!
