Stokes Honda North’s campus undergoes revitalization to meet rapidly growing operational needs. Following Honda’s GEN 3 standards, the North Charleston facility’s transformation includes a welcoming sales entrance, stylish customer lounge, and an additional automobile showroom. The cutting-edge service center and 4-story parking structure expansion allows for increased showroom space, service bays, and vehicle inventory. This phased project allowed the dealership to remain fully operational at all times.

Interior Renovations and Modifications

Sleek lines and modern finishes provide an inviting aesthetic to the renovated 33,111 SF, two-story building, which houses an existing showroom, sales offices, and service area. The 35-year-old building façade received modifications, which resulted in demolition and renovations of its original exterior to incorporate Honda’s eye-catching brand essence.

Expanding an Existing Space

To meet their growing needs, the 148,620 SF expansion adds new life and operational depth to include a new service reception and operations center, additional showroom space and lifestyle customer lounge. The 4-story extension and parking structure adds 27 accessible service bays and increases inventory storage to 450+ vehicles.
