The parking structure completed as part of the Red Ventures Phase III project serves employees working at the Red Ventures Corporate Campus in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
The four-level facility contains 1,200 spaces, three stair towers, and two elevators. The first level is below grade and cast-in-place. The above ground levels of the parking deck are constructed of precast concrete.
