The mechanical system provides approximately 240,000 CFM of production ventilation along with 600 tons of chiller capacity. The electrical system includes the installation of four 4000 AMP switchboards and one 2500 AMP switchboard. The LEED Silver certified project is first LEED facility for PGI.
