Anchored by a nationally acclaimed golf course, Long Cove Clubhouse undergoes a renovation and addition, allowing it to better serve the community’s hosting and accommodating needs while enhancing the lure of the golf course. The Clubhouse consists of two stories, with an additional basement level for golf cart storage.
The renovation to the existing Clubhouse includes all finishes and upgraded mechanical systems throughout. The addition includes a members’ dining hall, commercial-grade kitchen, men’s and woman’s lounges, employee break rooms, and multiple support staff and storage rooms. Featured finishes include elaborate interior trim and millwork, wall coverings, porcelain and stone tile flooring, and decorative lighting fixtures.
This facility is a wood framed structure, with a brick and stucco façade exterior skin. Aluminum clad wood windows surround the perimeter to allow for ample natural lighting. The site is enhanced with fresh landscaping, brick wall planters, and concrete sidewalks outlined by brick pavers.
