Iredell Mooresville campus is a 68,000-SF facility located on Iredell Health System's new medical campus located in Mooresville, North Carolina. The Keith Corporation assists Iredell Health with the development of this campus. This unique healthcare offering is the first of its kind in the area. The first building phase includes a 2-story, 68,000-SF medical building housing a surgery suite with an operating room and procedure room, as well as pre and post operative recovery areas. The facility also has an imaging suite, lab, urgent care, physical therapy, and clinic suite. Additionally, there is space for future specialty care areas, clinical spaces, operating room, and procedure room. The waiting area is highlighted with a 2-story atrium bringing an abundance of natural light. The exterior of the facility is a blend of curtainwall, ribbon windows, brick, synthetic stucco, and metal panel systems. The facility is surrounded by architectural concrete, paver hardscapes, and lush landscaping.
