Dixon Valve’s office and manufacturing facility relocates to Gaston Tech Park, occupying a 100,000-SF building to contain the company’s sales, engineering, testing and manufacturing operations for the complete line of valves and quick couplings. The facility relocates multiple six and eight spindle screw-type milling machines along with various types of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. A misting system is also installed at each piece of equipment to help eliminate machine oils from coating floors, walls and ceiling surfaces within the manufacturing space.
With a growing need for more manufacturing, warehouse and distribution space, Dixon Valve expands their facility, connecting to the existing building via knock out panels in the tilt wall construction. Offices, bathrooms and a build out of a 10,000 SF mezzanine housing engineering offices and conference rooms are included in the scope of work. A steel bar joist roof system with metal decking covers the expansion. A full site package is included.
