The showroom, adjoining customer lounge, and office areas are completely renovated with interior glass storefronts, high-end tile, Techstyle acoustical ceilings, and a custom millwork package.

A 1,600 SF expansion allows for an additional feature, a vehicle delivery room where new cars and SUVs are brought out of the weather and into the dealership. The vehicle delivery room is also where the owner meets with their sales person to review the vehicle and all of its features. Sales staff teams utilize this room for showing their customers all of the features their new BMW have to offer. The entire facade of the showroom and addition are rebuilt to include floor to ceiling curtain walls and an EIFS parapet with an eyebrow canopy.

A service center is also added to the dealership featuring 10 service bays with motorized overhead doors, split face block, an EIFS parapet and screen wall to match the upgraded showroom facade.
