College of Coastal Georgia’s newest residence hall features 218 beds in 84 suite and semi-suite style units with a look fit to entice students from near and far. Interior finishes are typical of an institutional dormitory building utilizing a mix of carpet tile and ceramic tile flooring in the dorm units. To match the campus’s existing Spanish Mission architecture, the exterior of the building is a mix of stucco and cement panel siding with a red asphalt shingle roof.
Also included is a 100-car surface parking lot and upgrades to an existing sanitary sewer lift station to accommodate the building.
