Blue Anchor Warehouse is the first project completed with Pamex Inc., headquartered in Chino, CA. The building is constructed of tilt-up concrete and structural steel with a 3,000-SF mezzanine. Sitting on a 7-acre site, features also include a 120' truck dock, employee parking lot, retaining wall behind the truck court, and Best Management Practice (BMP) pond.
The interior of the warehouse has a 4,000-SF first-floor office with a 3,000-SF mezzanine, also containing office space. A demising wall divides the warehouse to provide space for a future tenant.
At six inches thick, the warehouse’s slab is structurally reinforced. The exterior elevations to the primary entrance of the building have reveals and textured paint. Other exterior architectural features include storefront punched openings, twelve dock doors, and six dock positions.
