Founded in 1989, Best Impressions, Inc. caters the freshest and most innovative cuisine to a variety of discerning corporate, philanthropic, and social clients. After experiencing incredible success, Best Impressions moves their location to an old warehouse building in this adaptive reuse project, transforming the space into a catering powerhouse.
The space in the “front of house” includes 4,800 SF for office space, conference rooms for their business operations, and two tasting rooms to create an inviting area for meetings with their catering clients.
The “back of house” is a 4,000-SF kitchen, prep and delivery staging area, a 10,100-SF warehouse and dry storage space, and a standalone 600-SF walk-in cooler and freezer. There is also a 1,630-SF dishwashing room solely dedicated to post-event cleanup.
Exterior renovations include a dramatic metal panel main entrance addition, continuous metal canopy over the entire loading dock area, complete site lighting and signage package, and a resurfaced parking lot.
