Next Steps

Once you submit, your information will be reviewed by our prequalification team. There are 3 main steps to becoming fully onboarded:

1. ACCOUNTING

Your W-9 will be sent to accounting to set up a vendor number and verify your company’s licensing status with the Secretary of State.

2. Certificates

Certificates@choateco.com will send you a request for the necessary insurance information.

3. Prequalification

Based on the type and scope of work performed, you may be asked to complete a full prequalification submission vai TradeTapp/ BuildingConnected. If this is the case, you will be emailed a link from TradeTapp.
