Synchrony Financial, the largest provider of private label credit cards in the US, relocates its Charlotte office to a two-story building in the upscale Ballantyne area of Charlotte.
The buildout includes complete interior demolition and build back of office areas consisting of a mix of open and enclosed spaces encompassing private offices, workstations, conference rooms, training rooms, a central lunch room, recreation room, pantries, and MDF/IDF rooms. The workstation areas are a mix of call center stations and standard workstations. An FM 2000 system is installed for the MDF room. A generator is provided to back up the entire building as the facility is a 24/7 operation with its primary function being a call center.
The 14 week project schedule is aggressive and construction occurs in one phase, followed by one complete move-in of Synchrony Financial.
