Geometric lines and shapes and bursting colors define this contemporary conversion of an existing 150,000 SF warehouse which now accommodates 98,426 SF of assembly, classroom, laboratory, office and student spaces.

The space is transformed with the use of glass walls, wood frames, Fry Reglet column covers, and Autolift Operable Wall systems. Finishes include ceramic tile, carpet tile, several rooms of heat welded Forbo sheet vinyl floors, rubber flooring, and a six-inch raised access floor in the IT room.

The facility also features extensive plumbing and electrical work such as multiple wall hung fixtures, 16 scrub sinks and six showers, 36 new rooftop HVAC units, a 150 KW generator, 30 KVA UPS and a high-end lighting package.
