Choate has constructed two offices buildings within the Offices at Wade, neighboring the PNC Arena in west Raleigh, NC. The third building Wade V will complete Summer 2020.
Wade III | 105,772 SF
Developed by long-time repeat client Dominion Realty Partners, Wade III brings 105,772 SF of Class-A speculative office space. Wade V | 494,784 SF
Wade V is the third core and shell office building completed by Choate within the Offices at Wade. Clad in brick and architectural precast plus a curtainwall facade, the striking speculative office building complements the design of Wade III and IV and offers 214,000 SF of office space to tenants. Two separate parking structures are completed including a 4.5 level precast structure and a two level parking structure.
