Gateway Hall

Choate’s first student housing project on Middle Georgia’s campus, Gateway Hall features a three-story, wood-framed structure containing 296 beds and 151 units. Features include common space, laundry room, and access-controlled entry for the safety of all residents.

Anderson Hall and Harris Hall
Cochran, GA | 112,350 SF
Phase II of the student housing expansion, broken into two projects, features two buildings on the Cochran campus. Anderson Hall replicates Gateway Hall, containing 248 beds with double-occupancy room sharing a common space and bathroom. Harris Hall is slightly different, featuring 39 four-bedroom apartments and 160 beds.

Regents Hall

Regents Hall contains 140 suite-style units with 274 beds. This co-ed facility offers students a single room and shared common bath with one other student.

Warrior Hall

Aviation Hall

Middle Georgia College’s latest residential halls are dedicated to the students of the College’s renowned aviation program, recently named the top new ATC program in the nation by the FAA’s Collegiate Training Initiative. The building features 50 apartment-style units with 143 beds. Unit features include a combination of two and four-bedroom units, kitchenette, and living room. The building has a wood-frame structure, low slope roof, and split-face block exterior wall.
