J.M. Huber Corporation, a multinational supplier of engineered materials, natural resources and technology-based services, relocates their corporate headquarters to three floors of the Cumberland Center II building in Atlanta, Georgia. The luxurious office space features numerous perimeter and interior offices with glass fronts, a training room with an operable partition, and large full-service break rooms with high-end kitchen equipment and banquet seating.
The reception areas and boardrooms boast pendant lighting, Herculite glass doors, curved seating, Transom Windows, and decorative Interlam panels. Finishes include Interface carpet tile, cork flooring, Maharam wall coverings, ceramic tile in the restrooms, and epoxy terrazzo in the elevator lobbies and reception.
The MEP package is Design-Build and comprised of twelve terminal boxes, supplemental water source heat pump, and high-end lighting package with energy efficient 2×4 light fixtures.
