Constructed in 1995, this 850,000 SF shopping center was the largest “Power Center” in North Carolina. This massive shopping center’s major tenants include Office Max, Target, Sports Authority, Rhodes Furniture, Michael’s, AMC Theater, Babies ‘R Us, Marshall’s, Circuit City, Kohl’s, Old Navy, Goody’s, and Value City Furniture.
The facility is constructed of masonry, brick and dryvit with large detail front entrances. The massive sitework includes an extensive storm and detention system and features one of the largest modular masonry retaining walls in the United States.
The project includes over 4,000 parking spaces.
