100 Midtown

Located on a tight site in downtown Atlanta and originally built as a medical office building, this 14-story building is transformed into privatized student housing. Catering to students of many neighboring universities, 100 Midtown is the only privatized student housing in the area. The facility features 118 apartments, retail space, office space, conference rooms, computer lab, and library.

Beta Theta Pi House
Atlanta, GA | 18,800 SF
This complete demolition and reconstruction of the fraternity house at Georgia Tech features brick veneer with EIFS, carpet and wood flooring. The building houses 32 bedrooms, meeting rooms, a full-service kitchen, dining area, and patios.

Bobcat Village
Milledgeville, GA | 200,000 SF
Three buildings comprise this student housing complex located at Georgia State & College University and contain a total of 472 beds. Mixed units of four, two, and one bedroom include a full kitchen, and living room; each building offers full laundry facilities, multi-purpose room, and fitness center. Each building is three stories with a partial basement. This split design is used in tandem with different finished floor elevations to make these large buildings fit the extremely site uneven site; the site drops 40 feet from one end to the other.

Emory University at Oxford Haygood Dorms

This two-story addition allows the Haygood Dormitory to add 60 additional beds, a finished basement, and an elevator to this stately brick building.

Georgia Southwestern State University Student Housing

Phase 1A
192,000 SF

Phase IA is comprised of two three-story buildings with a total of 404 beds. The buildings contain laundry facilities, computer labs, and multi-purpose areas. Floor plan options include one bathroom and two bedrooms or two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located along the corridors are seating areas where students can gather. There is also wireless internet provided in these areas. Phase 1B is apartment-style living with 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom units with full kitchens.

The second phase includes one three-story building with apartment-style units. 232 four bedroom and two bath units include full kitchens and data, voice and cable. The building contains laundry, computer labs, multi-purpose areas, and wireless internet.

Georgia State Special Interest Student Housing
Atlanta, GA | 27,963 SF
These townhome-style student living complexes provide stylish and efficient living spaces for Georgia State University’s Greek student body. This vibrant community consists of nine three-story townhomes with varying capacity, for a total of 145 beds. Each townhome also includes a student activity center and laundry facility. Also included are a guard house, low voltage package, and pedestrian controls.

Oglethorpe University

Contrasting the old world with the new, these four-story student housing facilities blend seamlessly into Oglethorpe’s Gothic-style architecture on the outside, while featuring modern loft-style spaces on the inside. Exposed cast-in-place concrete, four-story glass connectors, and hand-cut stone create a student living complex that is both traditional and contemporary.

University of Georgia Greek Park
Athens, GA | 36,000 SF
A unique hybrid of on-campus student housing and traditional fraternity houses, Greek Park consists of three stately Neoclassical houses. Buildings #1 and #2 contain 21 beds each and Building #3 has 12 beds. All houses have large common areas to accommodate fraternity meetings and functions. The interiors are completely finished and include hardwood floors and ceramic tile throughout.

University of West Georgia Student Housing
Carrollton, GA | 195,000 SF
These apartment-style residence halls on the heart of the campus feature 602 beds and 152 units in one three-story building and two four-story buildings. Unit features include a living room and kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Common spaces such as computer lab, multi-purpose room, and laundry facilities are also available to students. The buildings are constructed using a wood frame with an exterior combination of brick, stucco with aluminum framed windows.
