Cost Analysis

Based upon years of experience in the construction of a wide variety of facilities, our estimating staff has developed a tremendous database of historical and present material and labor costs. Based on a limited amount of input we are capable of producing a very detailed and accurate budget projection. This information is critical to evaluating the various building systems and materials available as well as evaluating project budgets.

• Work with Owner/Architect/Engineers to evaluate project costs
• Suggest alternate methods, materials, systems to ensure optimum value received at lowest cost
• Continuously revise and update preliminary construction budget as design proceeds
• Monitor program schedule to ensure project milestoes are being met
• Develop and refine detailed construction schedule to facilitate expedient bidding of sub trades and implementation of construction
• Review plans and specfications to ensure accuracy
• At completion of design development stage approach previously established vendors/suppliers/subcontractors for quotations to confirm project cost
• Review and evaluate proposals from various trades
