Renovation of an old compressor manufacturing plant into Penske Racings headquarters for their 3 NASCAR Nextel Cup teams. #2 Rusty Wallace, #12 Ryan Newman, #77 Brendan Gaughan. Shop is accessible via new fan entrance and catwalk. Demolition of all existing process piping, MEP's and offices. Stripping of existing floor coatings and cleaning storage areas, spectator catwalk and offices. New HVAC, plumbing and electrical for entire facility. Floors are ceramic tile. Structural, plumbing, HVAC and electrical was design-build by Choate. Project Schedule was less than 5 months.
