C O N D O M I N I U M    E X P E R I E N C E   The Waterford on Piedmont Atlanta, Georgia 182,000 SF This project is the construction of a twelve story apartment building in Midtown, Atlanta. The building consists of a 153 residential units on levels one thru nine as well as a three level parking deck below the residential floors. A second, four level parking deck is also included and is adjacent to the apartment building. Building construction consists of a post tension, concrete frame with a masonry, EIFS and aluminum window exterior. The main entry level of the building consists of tenant parking as well as the Leasing Office, Health Club, Cyber Bar and Tenant Meeting areas. An on grade swimming pool, deck and a decorative courtyard fountain compliment the exterior of the project           Next
