ESTIMATOR

An estimator is responsible for estimating, scheduling, budgeting, permitting, purchasing and subcontractor selection on construction projects from programming through completion.

We are currently seeking an Estimator with 2 or more years of experience. Building Construction/engineering degree preferred. Design/Build and hard bid estimating experience in any of the following is required: Office Building, Warehouses, Manufacturing facilities, Retail, Medical and Senior Living facilities. Candidate must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Project, Excel; Timberline or and ability to work as part of a Team.
