Responsibilities
The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in assisting the Project Managers at the Charleston office on several projects. This will include reviewing drawings, writing RFI’s, submittals, meeting minutes, preparing bid packages, bldg schedules, and change order management.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a min. of 3-4 yrs experience in the construction industry with a BS in Construction Management or an Engineering degree. Computer literacy in scheduling and management software is required. Some travel required.
